raywray @emilybillie Hi, I wasn't sure who to address this issue with. The pendant has got a fracture line going completely through it. You can see it on both sides. If you look at your photos and photos I sent in you will be able to see the line going against the grain of the tigerseye.

8153beagles Hi Kris, I’m not sure if you saw my previous message. The amber ring seems to be hung up in the postal system. I checked with the post office and they tell me I can’t do anything but wait to see if you receive it or if it’s sent back to me.

8153beagles It’s crazy they can’t tell me where it is. When I checked on Saturday, the tracking said it had damage but no details.

8153beagles @raywray Yes indeed. So today Poshmark told me that I have to wait until August 13th and then let them know if it’s still missing. They say they have a process to handle this kind of thing, but haven’t given me any details. 🤞🏻Hoping it still arrives and is in perfect condition.

8153beagles Hi, I still haven’t heard back from Poshmark. I have sent two emails to them now. Have you heard anything from them? Hopefully I’ll hear back from them this evening. I would think they’ll cancel the order for you and then have me file a claim with the post office. I’ll update you when I know more.
