kissi16 @1912cdhmaro I initially did ask for a refund. They opened a case and they decided that they would let you keep your sale and refund me. The message said that I did not have to send items back. I would check with Poshmark if you have an issue....sorry for any confusion but it says you were sent the same message.

1912cdhmaro @kissi16 yah they did but they are suppose to have the person send the item back, either way its not your fault. Its poshmarks. They didn't resolve it correctly. kissi16 @1912cdhmaro they usually do send a shipping label for the return. This time, they decided otherwise and tried to make both of us happy. I specifically asked and was told by customer support that in this case, I did not have to send them back bc they were allowing you to keep the sale and refunding me. The items were donated.
