jmagromd hey there...saw that you liked the Theory Suede pants...this is probably the nicest pair of suede/ leather pants I've had...the original price is shown, I purchased them at Neiman Marcus many years ago...they are fab!!! vposhb @kristinahilt I completely understand! For what it’s worth I reached out to Mother because I thought the sizing was off and here is what they said about this wash and their denim in general. If you are a true 26 theres should be perfect for you.

vposhb @kristinahilt For this wash (Tongue And Chic), we recommend sizing down one size as the denim will loosen up after a couple of hours of wear. When purchasing denim, they should be as snug as you take tolerate when you first try them on as your body will naturally break in the denim and cause the jeans to loosen up. All Mother denim sizes are in accordance with waist measurement in inches. When ordering, our denim falls between two categories - stretch and rigid.
