I now reside in Virginia, where I am a social worker by day, and a baseball mom by night. When I’m not scrubbing grass stains out of baseball pants or completing case notes and assessments, I enjoy hiking, biking, thrifting, volunteering, baking, board games, crafting, and spending time with the fam! ❤️

loriernsberger Hi Kris. I purchased the XRAY sweater from you and I love it! It is BETTER than I expected and Thank you. I just wanted to give you a heads up that I contacted Posh, not because of anything you did, but due to the fact that they charged me full price and full shipping on the sweater versus the offer that you sent me. This is the 2nd time that this has happened to me in the past 2 weeks and I am not satisfied with the responses I am getting via email. My intent is to have Posh fix this ASAP.

loriernsberger Be careful making offers to people. I don't know what's changed but it's bad. Two weeks ago I ordered 2 sets of 5/$25 from another lady. No problems until I checked my bank statement and caught that I had been overcharged $105.00 because the offer price was not recognized.

loriernsberger I was credited $10 and more or less informed that it was complete. The other seller and I have ended up going outside of the app and correcting it on our own. Just be careful and watch your numbers. Spread the word because if it gets messed up Customer Service isn't helping to correct anyone's monies as of right now. Hopefully if I raise a little hell it will change.
