I checked with them and all they could tell me is that there’s a lot of delays due to the pandemic and overflow of mail orders and so everything is still on its way but delayed. I would wait it out max another week and if it doesn’t reach you by then if you’d like, I’ll arrange to send you a new one and have the other one returned to me.

smileypreety @kris_kowalski I am so sorry!!! I really do apologize ive had the same issue with a lot of other customers too and their packages have been majorly delayed by canada post. I kkkw you wanted to give it as a Christmas present I really do apologize for this but I’ve been to canada post multiple times and they have simply said to wait since all packages are currently delayed there’s nothing they can do. I’m sorry again!
