courtneyklocke @krishmita - I apologize, you purchased a Patagonia jacket from me and I shipped it immediately, but it ended up on my doorstep today! The box in which I shipped it in is severely damaged (the jacket is fine). Not sure what took place in shipment but due to the damage of the box they were unable to read your shipping address. The Post office would not let me reuse my original shipping label since that barcode has already been used in their system :( can you please confirm I have your correct address? 8234 Town Walk Dr. HAMDEN CT 06518. courtneyklocke @krishmita thank you! I have made many attempts to get in touch with poshmark to obtain another shipping label. They only have email customer service. No phone or online chat in real time :( I have also requested from poshmark a credit for you on the shipping charge since this package is so delayed. Again, I am sorry and I will continue to bug poshmark for that label. And if they don’t send it to me by tomorrow then I will pay to ship it to you.

courtneyklocke @krishmita Yes. I shipped it. Let’s give it today (Monday) to post. If I do not receive receipt by later today I will connect with Poshmark again. I’ve never had shipping issues like this before. I must say, poshmark customer service is way too slow. I apologize it took so long to get a new shipping label from poshmark.
