Hi Kristi, thank you so much for purchasing the Loft pants. Since the post office is closed now I won’t be able to ship them out until Tuesday morning due to the holiday. @kkbarke I just checked tracking on your Loft pants and it says it was supposed to be delivered today but may be late. I shipped them Tuesday so I hope it’s not too late to get them today. If not then hopefully tomorrow. Sorry for the delay but we never can be sure, right? Happy Poshing 🌺

Next time you have an issue with a purchase you should talk to the seller instead of leaving a bad review. I would of sent you a new necklace since your was in knots but you didn’t reach out to me.
