I was going to ask you if anything spilled on the bag or dustbag at all? There is a stain of some sort on the dustbag and it looks like it got onto the purse when the dustbag was put on it and stored that way. It also had a bit of an odor, did something spill or get on it at all? It is at the bottom of the dustbag and bottom of the purse

krissysboutique @pajontie it might have needed a thicker envelope/box to prevent damage during the shipping process📦😖 I would prefer to keep the item because I absolutely love the color and style😍💙💚 is there any way you could do a partial refund of 15-20 for the unanticipated damage to the purse hun? I am going to take it to get cleaned and see if the stain will come out. I really hope it will🙏🏻🤞🏻

socalcrrvs I’m so sorry you’re dissatisfied with the bag and I assure you that it’s never had a thing inside it nor has it ever left my closet since the day I purchased it. I did inspect it and I always do my inspections and packaging on video, so if you could describe the signs you noticed - I’m curious to know what I missed. Again, I’m sorry you’re not satisfied with the bag.
