@taylerd92 no I am disabled & home 99.9% of the time. I was here when substitute came. Note stated I wasn’t here to leave package. I called postmaster & was livid. Postmaster called sub phone & he was still on route & said he wouldn’t come back. I told them to hang on to it at PO to pick up on Wednesday when I could get a ride.
