Why the 4 ⭐️ rating? The item was NWT, and wayyyy below retail. The item was exactly as described in the listing. I shipped the item same day as the purchase too. I don't understand what could have been done differently to make it a 5⭐️ transaction. Please don't shop my closet anymore.
I feel you did this just to hurt my rating average, and it did because I'm a new member to Poshmark. Not cool. 👎🏻

@mamawolfe86 sorry I am new to this app, I thought 4 was a very good rating and below 3 was bad? There is some slight piling that makes the fabric look older than the picture but your service was beyond expectations. Is there a way to change the rating?

@starik22 the Nicole was BNWT and never worn, I don't know what piling there could have been. Those pictures were taken right before I posted. No you can't change a rating.

@mamawolfe86 rating has changed. Again, a 4 star was meant as a compliment. I am less than pleased that you attacked me in this way due to my opinion. I would have been a repeat shopper due to the fast and helpful service. I am a bit hurt and offended that you came at me like that.

@starik22 if you select to rate someone a 4/5 stars it gives you the option to tell the person what they could have done better. You gave me no feedback, so I wanted to follow up bc I had done everything I could to make it a smooth transaction, and it turned out to be nothing in my control. It's fine if you don't want to shop again. Have a great day.
