sroenicke10 I am not trying to be rude only helpful as I see you are new on here and want to help you with tips for being successful and loving it here. This site takes 20% off the top so if I gave you my item for the price offered I sold it fit 70% off. Many of us on here don’t just sell for fun it’s our livelihood and jobs or part time jobs for many so just wanted you to know that 😊

sroenicke10 I only want to help as many people block on here if they get certain offers way below asking price and you are then unable to visit their page and buy the item eventually if you loved it. Then you can’t find it again. Usually if an offer is within 10-15% off price you are pretty safe. Hope this helps thanks!

sroenicke10 @kmeardon I’m about to put my closet on hold within the hour as I leave for vacation and not back until the 11th, however, if you decide you want to buy this I’ll happily package it up and have a family member drop it off before I put the closet on hold.
