kristah55 @chapeauxstudio actually it does happen from time to time, its happened to me 3times. i did eventually get those orders...they just usually showed up late. i have usps alerts in my email i have several orders arriving tomorrow and 2 Tuesday. Let me see if yours is one of them. brb

okseniya Next time, Christa, read carefully the description of what you are buying, I measured the kimono for the buyer, not for myself. Therefore, next time, be careful and I do not understand, what are the complaints about the kimono itself?This is new! I photographed the label that describes the fabric. Rayon has never been a heavy fabric, and you as a salesperson should know this! And you didn't ask which store I bought it from!3 STARS? You at least took your kimono photos, why did you copy mine?
