katherinethe910 Hello! I just want to apologize so deeply for my mistake. It’s absolutely no excuse but I’ve been out of town for work and was having my sister in law send packages I was to sell. I normally hate doing that because I prefer my packing up of items and adding cohesive gifts.

katherinethe910 She was supposed to watch my account and I sent her my email to print the labels which she did but she never sent the package and I’m throughly embarrassed and hate causing you any inconvenience. I’ve learned my lesson but really want to express my sincere apologies. It’s horrible and bad business and I strive for accurate items and fast shipping. I’m so so sorry.
