@kristennn017 Hello, it sucks you had a four star experience. I try to give my buyers nothing less than a five star experience. I read your review on your purchase. I'm quite surprised actually because before packing your purchase, I inspected the VS KO bra. And the clasp was NOT broken. It had only scratch on the clasp, just as it was pictured & described on my description of the item. But it was NOT broken. Just wanted to let you know if this fact👍. @kristennn017 so I was thinking about it 😊and if the clasp was broken the zipper would be useless to be honest. You need the clasp to be intact and in working order for the bra part to hold close. If by broken you meant scratched? I'm just trying to understand how this happened when you receive it. Tip: Next time before making a purchase on any closets please read the items description carefully and ask as many questions about the item, that way you don't any surprise. 🙋🏻

@poshbtrfly I'll take a picture of the clasp when I get home from work. A small piece is completely broken off and missing. I'll replace it when I have time. The zipper holds it all together for now but it probably doesn't do the bra justice without having the double support. I still like the design, straps and the zipper which makes putting it on and taking it off a lot easier.
