jodeeneil Kristen, just pull the bottom sleeves up a bit. That’ll pouf the shoulders!! I also had hoped to get a Loewe Leather peplum belt to wear w that dress but could never find one at an affordable price. But keep that in mind for styling. It’s a great building block! Thanks!
