Hi! I'm Kristen. My favorite brands to find second hand are Kate Spade, Athleta and Stella & Dot. I also love all things in Anthropologie style! Thanks for stopping by my closet, I was a shopper for awhile and just started selling! I have two little girls who will be 1 and 3 in May. I love my family and spending time traveling, at the shore and being outdoors. I also love to cook and recently started baking as well! I always make sure to check every item for defects and I apologize if I missed that. I would be happy to refund you the money . style_closet77 Hi there again. I wanted you to know that I’ve contacted Poshmark customer support with regards to refunding you. Like I said I triple check my items before mailing and it was in very good condition. I’m guessing it was damaged during delivery and that is out of my control. But I do apologize for the inconvenience and that is why I would rather refund you and get my item Back than have an unhappy customer who gives a 1 star rating. ☹️.

krischristman @style_closet77 hey there! I know, you have great reviews. I definitely believe you! I can't find a way to post a photo. But you know in your photo there are three half circles of crystal gems that connect with 4 tiny little circle hoops on the main part of the necklace?

krischristman One of those little circles is missing so it cant swoop like it does in your photo. I checked the nice black bag you sent it in and it's not in it but I see in your photos the necklace has all 4 of those connectors. Maybe I can fix it with another little connector but not sure where I would get one. Haha!
