kacampbell19 @zeitgyst hi, the mail carrier brought both packages to my door, and I had him take the second package back with him. That was a few days ago, so I’m surprised it’s not tracking. I wonder if it has something to do with the postage not being paid, since the label was used twice and postage paid only once? Sorry I can’t be more helpful, but it’s definitely out there somewhere!

zeitgyst @kacampbell19 that is weird , I reached out to Posh again, they still should be able to track it, it comes back as a refused parcel..But good to know that it is in the postal system somewhere. Posh should have contacted you, but apparently didn’t..I’ll let the buyer know, again thanks for your help, have a happy Sunday., Joyce

zeitgyst @kacampbell19 I contacted posh, if that happens, they might issue a new label..I’m not sure, I did contact them before it arrived, I thought they could redirect the package, I can’t because I’m not the label buyer..a bit complicated, again thanks..

This usually happens when the package is overweight or packaged improperly or when there are difficulties recognizing your address. Once we confirm with the seller that they are able to re-ship the item, we will send them a new label with your current shipping address on it.
