rchristy7 @krissygrl23 I am so sorry and this has never happened before to me. In my haste to ship your purse ASAP, I put the wrong label on the package and the purse got shipped to another person. She and I are awaiting instructions from Poshmark to deliver the purse to you. I'm so sorry that your purse will be a few days late. Frankly, I am very embarrassed that this happened and I am trying to resolve it as soon as possible.

rchristy7 @krissygrl23 Unfortunately, I don't because I am still waiting on Poshmark to get back to me. So, it really depends on the speed of their customer service. As soon as I hear anything, I will let you know. Trust me, I want this resolved as soon as possible. I have a great track record on Poshmark and I want to make sure you get your item soon. So sorry again!

rchristy7 I just heard from Poshmark and they requested all the info including order numbers and Poshmarkers involved which I just sent. They said that they will let me know soon exactly what will happen. Will keep u updated. :)

rchristy7 @krissygrl23 hello! Poshmark emailed me to let me know that they sent a label to the woman who is holding your purse. I contacted the woman to let me know that she received the label and to ship the purse right away.

rchristy7 @krissygrl23 I'm so sorry that this process has not gone any faster but I think Poshmark customer service must be located overseas because their emails arrive around 11:30 pm and there is no phone number to call. I have asked the other lady to please contact me when she ships the purse. Ice again, I'm truly sorry about this.
