Hi! I'm Kristen. Welcome to my closet!! Any one of my friends/family can tell you I value quality over quantity, always. krichards620 @uhmmkristen HP means host pick! Throughout the day poshmark has parties, and every party has a handful of hosts (picked by Posh, you can submit an application requesting to be a host, but it takes months to hear back). So, the host gets to pick 100 special listings as their picks. These get showcased in a special area in the party. It gets a lot more exposure than it normally would, and exposure increases the chance of a sale!

krichards620 @uhmmkristen are you on mobile? This is how you can view yesterday's parties and picks from yesterday so you can see what I mean! Go to "shop" and you'll see the parties, go to all parties, and go to the "best in shoes" party from yesterday. Along the top you'll see "host picks" and those are the listings that got picked yesterday! I had a host pick yesterday, the fabulous pair of Beverly Feldmans!

krichards620 Well the hosts change every time, it's never the same hosts (with the exception of a couple Posh employees that are there by default, but they don't like pick items or interact with other Poshers like everyone else does, it's kind of weird!). Just watch the parties here and there, go interact with the hosts when you have a listing that fits the theme, share their closet, etc etc.

I do not consider the comment that you have made to be at all "offensive" or off-putting. But for me, when someone simply says "interested?", that is a turnoff. It feels pushy & impersonal. And I can see as my followers have gone up by 1K that it's already been really difficult to keep up with comments/likes. How are you able to manage this with such a high # of users?

I do use the filter tab at the top of my feed to look at just "comments" rather than to see all the likes & shares, etc. I get tagged for lots of parties, sales & welcomes so i can't always keep up, even tho i try! And I'm not even up to 100K! 🐾💚

rjrkbythebay @uhmmkristen I think that it is not uncommon for people to sell an item or two a week. I have a goal for myself to sell 3 to 5 items a week. Since my first sale on March 6 I think I am close to the three a week but I'd have to go count to be sure. I will look at your closet and give you any feedback I can think of! rjrkbythebay @uhmmkristen OK, a couple things on a quick first glance (I will definitely keep looking but wanted to give you something to start with). 1. Add measurements whenever possible. 2. One could argue that once something is worn, even once, it is no longer new. So labeling it NWOT might not sit well with some people. More soon.

rjrkbythebay @uhmmkristen on your Oxford bootie listing and your Kate Spade shoe listing the images you have are great however I would add a photo showing the entire walking surface of both, as people like to see if there is any wear in addition to the shoe brand etc. on the bottom.

Some of your outdoor shots could benefit from your item being pulled away from the background a tad so the image is crisp and the background slightly blurred. Right now a few of your outdoor shots the pretty bush is competing visually with the item you are selling. In all your shots you have great lighting which is so important. You have done some nice cover shots too. Eye-catching.

rjrkbythebay @uhmmkristen One last thing, your outdoor shot on the Hi-low skirt makes it look like it has stains when I know it does not. It is light showing up as white marks that look like bleach splatter. I would change those. Overall I think you have done a fantastic job with your closet. Great start! Rachel
