adheiser @kmbaldau Hi Kim, I am so sorry about the hole in the dress. This is from my personal closet and I’ve only worn it once so it is REALLY embarrassing that I didn’t catch it. I would of agreed to you returning it and I don’t mind reimbursing you for the cost of repair. Again, I’m so sorry for the mistake!

kmbaldau @adheiser it’s okay, it is all fixed now. It was disappointing when I received it, because I had ordered it for a specific event, so I had to find an alternative outfit. I just got the dress back with the hole repaired a few days ago and wore it for the first time today and it is lovely and fits well. No need to return or refund any money, but I appreciate the offer.

adheiser @kmbaldau I’m still so sorry! Especially because you needed it for an event. I appreciate you letting me know though so in the future I can triple check all of my items, especially when they are from my personal closet. I’m still a little embarrassed 😞 but we moved cities recently so maybe it got snagged during some point. I’m glad it fit you though and you were able to fix it.
