Thanks again for all your patience as they work towards a resolution.” So ridiculous! What could have possibly happened? It has almost been 1 month. I want the purse 😢

zoey22jc @closet_archive hi there, the handbag arrived today. It remained the same condition as the posted photos after inspection with the details. But I realized it has some leather plus a closet smell. Do you mind? I'm trying to air it overnight here and see if it will improve this part. If you mind this, I will suggest letting it sit longer here and air out completely. It's a beautiful bag with an authentic card and sticker inside. Let me know:).
