bauberry Just shipped your purchases today! It was in a box that was too big to fit into the postal box. Wanted to make sure the J.Crew purse was protected. It's hard to get to the NYC post office during regular business hours sometimes but made it happen! Hope you enjoy!

justjess_08 @kbegor3 Hi Kristen. First let me apologize AGAIN for this horrible mix-up. I am so very sorry!!!😔 I have contacted Poshmark twice and so has the other buyer. They will now require that you send them an email stating you got the wrong item so that your credit card will not be charged. After that they will instruct you on how to proceed. Please keep me posted on what they say and know that I will take care of this no matter what has to happen!! Thank you

lydialab Hi Kristen, the belt is at the post office to be picked up. Until you pick it up the package will not be considered as delivered by Poshmark. Therefore the funds cannot be released. Please let me know when you have picked up the Lonchamp belt from the post office thanks
