Hello! I’ve never had this happen. I dropped your jacket off at the post office at 6:00pm because I wanted to get there before they closed at 7:00pm. I just got a notification that you canceled the order. I assume I need to get in touch with poshmark to rectify the situation.

@brooke332 I have the receipt from the post office the time it was dropped off. It was an hour after the purchase. I’m sorry that your daughter made the purchase, however I’m out of a jacket unless you plan on doing the right thing and sending it back or poshmark pays. Unfortunately the cancellation came 3 hours after the purchase and I had already shipped it, as I always ship same day.

I sent posh the dispute along with the receipt and waiting for them to respond... As you can imagine, I just want the jacket back in original condition or to be paid. It’s no ones fault.. I boxed it as soon as I got the order and took it to the post office 2 blocks away. It usually takes time for the scan to show after it’s dropped off. 3 hours later it was canceled. Again, no ones fault because I’m not sure how it could have been avoided. I certainly would NOT send my jacket to a canceled sale.

@brooke332 👋🏽. I’m just wondering if you plan on sending my jacket back. It’s delivered today. I can’t imagine that you would be interested in keeping it considering your daughter purchased it by mistake and it’s not paid for... I’m still waiting to hear from poshmark, however it could be solved with you simply returning it...

@nipi07 yes I will return it. I won’t be able to go to the post office today because of my work schedule but I should be able tomorrow. I’m sorry about late response. It doesn’t alert my phone when I get notifications from Poshmark.
