kristen_owen @shannon5678 Shannon, I wanted to reach out as quickly as possible the shipping labels for two packages were switched and what you’ll receive today is a Brahman wallet. I am so sorry and so embarrassed. What I have offered is, absolutely both if you can refund monies I’ve already reached out to posh mark or I can personally next day air shipping materials and prepaid shipping labels to you both to each other. Again I am so sorry.

kristen_owen I checked with Poshmark the best course of action is to request a refund and return item as not as described again. I am so sorry the shipping labels just got mixed up at the post office. If you are still interested in the bag I will discount what you originally paid for it another 20%! If you choose to repurchase and personally make sure it gets shipped correctly.

kristen_owen @shannon5678 yes I sent you a message yesterday I accidentally switched labels apparently at the post office it’s 100% my fault. Poshmark has already been made aware of what happened it looks like the best course of action is to request a refund as not as described and each party will ship them back. If you were still interested I will certainly resell it at a much lower price for you because of the hassle. I can’t apologize enough!!!

kristen_owen I’m just gonna go ahead and mail out the money order tomorrow and send you the key for the bag as well. I didn’t know they were going to send the labels so you guys could send the bags directly to each other but if for some reason they reimburse you for the 50 as well then that will just be good luck but I just wanna make sure you do get that $ back.

kristen_owen @shannon5678 hey there your LV was shipped to you. Should be there by Saturday, I’m following tracking. I also sent the key and discount $ in the mail. If you’ve already shipped the wristlet, I believe you have the status option to put the status as re-shipped. Or Poshmark will when USPS scans it. Let me know once that’s shipped, as soon as you get the Louis Vuitton!!! And Will you accept that the bag has been delivered to you correctly upon arrival.

I don't see a place to mark the wristlet as shipped on Poshmark but I do have a tracking number. I believe Poshmark emails the buyer with that tracking #. Thats what they did for me.
