nataliezigel Dear Kristen, I was very surprised and disappointed to read that you were unsatisfied w/ the books. I have no idea what tear you are referring to on which book... I absolutely would have disclosed that. I also had nothing to do with the shipping issues, as I shipped them timely, and took great care in packing them. Finally, I sold you 3 books valuing $75 total for $10; they were not “dirty” but certainly didn’t look brand new from sitting on my shelf for a few years.

kristenlbauman @nataliezigel I am still fairly new to poshmark and was unaware of how to message you without it being public. I am sorry that my review was upsetting and will go back and edit it. I know that you gave me a wonderful deal on the books and I am very grateful for that. I do enjoy the books and was not unsatisfied with them.

kristenlbauman 2. I try to be as honest as I can with my experience as a buyer when writing reviews and just wanted to mention the tear on "Grain Brain" and marks on both "Grain Brain" and "Wheat Belly" that are things I would prefer to know as a buyer, but if you didn't notice them then it makes sense that they wouldn't be mentioned. I am aware that damage can happen during shipping, and it's nothing that some scrubbing and a bit of tape can't fix.

kristenlbauman 3. It didn't look like typical damage from shipping, but things happen. If there is a way to send you images of the books then I will do that. The shipping was not tracked and had stated that it was delivered three days ago, but was just delivered today. I know that shipping was entirely out of your control, but it had gotten me a bit shaken up. I apologize for the review and will work on another one.

nataliezigel @kristenlbauman I truly appreciate your response. I will work on my communication & descriptions as well; I truly didn’t notice a tear... but in retrospect, seeing it from your perspective, I would label it as “ good used condition with some signs of wear”. I truly hope you enjoy them, and glad we were able to both learn something from this & come together. Warm Regards, Natalie🌻
