sbbkristen @stacietemesy so sorry i have been super busy working a double shift. the funds havnt been released to me, i just checked status. the package was sent out to you literally the day i communicated with you. if you would rather just go ahead and cancel. package hasnt been accepted or rated by you so it should be open to cancel due to delivery of incorrect item. when they reach out to me to confirm they will send you a label to return the item.

poppy_honey @sbbkristen you have to contact Poshmark to cancel it—the funds have been released (Poshmark told me the funds have been released). Please cancel the order and refund.

sbbkristen @stacietemesy Funds are not in my balance. Will gladly cancel but you will have to return the item. As you said mistakes happen. Not understanding the drastic change in tone. You ordered a $9 pair of leggings that i made sure were sent to you, to correct the error. You said you were fine with. I'm sorry, I am a critical care nurse and just got off a double shift. It is crucial to give 100% of my attention at work, especially in times such as these. Sorry I inconvenienced you.

poppy_honey @sbbkristen I am returning the item I received in your error, I cannot receive the one you’ve said you’re sending (the correct one that you have not provided tracking for) as we’re no longer at that address which I’ve told you—my husband moved yesterday. This is not my problem, this is yours and I requested cancel in the first place because I knew with the move this would create a headache. Kindly refund me, I shouldn’t have to pay for your error.

poppy_honey @sbbkristen There is a process in place where you notify Poshmark you sent me and the other buyer the wrong items--this is supposed to be taken care of on your end. This just happened to me again and the seller is fixing the problem herself--can you please reach out to Poshmark so this can get resolved and I can receive the item I purchased and paid for?

sbbkristen @stacietemesy the item you paid for was shipped to you but you said you couldnt receive because your husband moved and was unable to retrieve. now i have a 1 star rating and now you want a refund for an item that was shipped to you. so im out 2 items and have a 1 star rating. you shouldnt have accepted order and given me a rating. that ends the process.

poppy_honey @sbbkristen this was YOUR mistake—you mailed my purchase to someone else. My husband returned yesterday and no package was there—so I’ve still not received the item I paid for and you’re nothing but rude and imply this is my fault. Poshmark automatically releases funds once the item has been delivered and days span—I didn’t accept the order and I reported it. It’s you that has to let them know YOU sent the wrong item.

poppy_honey @sbbkristen I hope your potential buyers read this and see that I purchased an item from you, you kept the money and I never received the item that you insisted the other receiver was sending but you would never provide me with the tracking for that even though I requested it numerous times. Absolutely terrible and embracing on your part. You’re a cheat.
