cocoave Hi Kristen, I received your review about the cross necklace. I’m sorry the clasp doesn’t work. Unfortunately, that was my last one so I don’t have another one to send. Usually for returns you have to do it before you accept and leave a review. If you reach out to poshmark support about the order and let them know about the necklace they can get a refund started. I have no problem refunding you back!

The clasp worked fine when I receieved it and I wore it for a day, it was only yesterday when I tried to wear it again that it was broken.
