lattebill @kristenmuell34 i am so sorry & it was pkged fine it seems. there was no fragile sticker so maybe it was thrown. seriously i am receiving pkgs that are smashed. its like the PO doesn't care right now. i do not want you to have to pay or lose money and funny we found the piece chipped in the plastic wrap which is p o fault. posh wont cover that i am pretty sure if not i will just keep good cup & plate! its not your fault. dont worry.
