spunkygalpdx Hi Kristen, I feel terrible about the magnetic clasp on the necklace. I didn’t realize the magnet was so loose as I didn’t have an issue while photographing the piece. But I can see how it could be an issue since it’s a relatively heavy piece, so a sturdy magnet is definitely needed. I have contacted Poshmark on your behalf to see about initiating a return and refund.

spunkygalpdx Hello again! I heard back from Poshmark. They were unable to offer a refund since the transaction had been “completed”, meaning the item was accepted and funds were released. They also mentioned that they hadn’t seen any correspondence from you as the buyer. I believe in excellent customer service and want to make it right.
