lakesideflip Hi Kristin, I want to apologize for for the condition of the coat that you purchased from me!! I would have gladly accepted a return. I was not aware that the sleeve was twisted inside or the issue with pocket. I do purchase items to resell therefore I haven't always worn the items myself. I dropped the ball on this coat and I'm sorry for that. I would like to make it up to you if possible. If you would like to pick an item from my closet of up to $45, make me an offer of $3.
