alwayschanging7 Hi Kristen the shoes you ordered are brand NWT however there is an inch long rubber mark from another pair of shoes. I tried to get it off but having difficulty and I apologize so much so I’m giving you a choice. I’ll post a picture on the site of what I’m talking about and you can either cancel the order or I can ship to you anyway and I’ll put $6 for a return in the box.
