@eacoulson Apparently I don’t know how this all works yet. I needed this tote as a gift (from my mom to my sister for yesterday). I ended up buying it again somewhere else, due to the time constraints, and then canceled the order I had from you. (It said after a week it could be canceled.) I just saw your message from yesterday and feel really bad now. I’d like to buy something else from you in the very near future! I’m so sorry!
