alohaallie Aloha, I’m so sorry the post office lost the dress. I’m happy posh has a great protection program, however, I’m still sad for your loss as it was a gorgeous dress! I’ll keep my fingers crossed that they find it and still deliver it to you miraculously—that’d be an awesome gift! ❤️🌈

krispess @alohaallie thank you so much for your sweet note! sadly, it sounds like it’s gone forever :( i got a letter from the post office saying there was a fire in the vehicle the same day it was supposed to be delivered, and that the postal worker was okay (thankfully!) but all items were too badly damaged by either the fire, smoke or water to make it to their final destination. i’m so glad poshmark has a plan in place for when these things happen and that they were able to compensate both of us!
