bonjovifan4ever Hi, i noticed that you received your Vince Camuto shoes. I am very sorry you are unhappy with your purchase. before packing these up i inspected both shoes and they looked perfect so i am puzzled as to how they are suddenly scuffed? you can contact support for a prepaid return label for i will refund your money.

bonjovifan4ever Also these shoes were very lightly used as they were not brand new out of box. i would always describe any item that had any flaws that could be seen by me and disclose the info in description. I strive really hard to keep my customers happy and when i receive a less than 5 star rating it does upset me again just send them back. i’m confident someone will love and appreciate them Thank you
