mioviaggi Hi, I’m so sorry you you felt ignored. I am a working mom with 2 kids and while that is no excuse. I typically don’t respond while at work and try to do this in the evenings. I did take time out make sure I wrote you a note and packaged something extra. I also didn’t write back as you had purchased the item so I wasn’t aware that you were still wanting a response. It was a misunderstanding, not ignoring.
