Hi, its Heidi. You purchased the brown quilted VB bag from me yesterday. I was just packaging the bag and noticed a small area where the stitching came apart from the bag's seam just above the top.zipper section, which i just now discovered. Ok I see them it says $4 each next to the shirts on the bundle page and says you offered $10? I thought I could offer you a better price? Or did the app do it already? I never did this. Or do I just accept? Or say no and it’ll say counter offer? I don’t want to say no and it cancel the transaction. Help. I was gonna make it like you got one free. Or I’ll say split one shirt price between the two. I’m still learning how to do this. I usually just make a single sale.

@kmo235 it’s ok.. I’m confused as well. I think because you put in for a “ return “ request due to missing products, they approved it and probably thought you wanted to send it back to me. I believe if you still want to keep everything tho I can ship the other two items to you. I’m assuming posh prob won’t send me a new label so I would need to send it to you on my own. Maybe you can contact posh and explain that? I tried to but I assume they just thought you wanted a return. Just let me know 😊

@kmo235 as I am happy with the bag as well as how fast u shipped etc., I will have to admit that I was a little upset that it didn't come with the dust bag for storage as shown in photos. I can't stand not having a dust bag with the bag. it would have made a difference if I knew it wasn't coming with it. I guess I shoukd have asked but I assumed since it was in photo with the bag
