I received the shipment notification that you sent him his hat and it is due to arrive on 7/8. I will follow up with him to see when he will be shipping it to you. kaligirl1992 @kype6788 Hi, thank you for your patience. I know he received the correct hat on Monday. When I didn’t receive a shipment confirmation by Tuesday I messaged him. I did not receive a response by yesterday evening so I messaged Poshmark support to inquire last night and I still have not heard back from either at this time. Please know that I am staying on top of this and will let you know as soon as I hear something! I’m so very sorry for the inconvenience.

kype6788 @kaligirl1992 something told me to hold onto that hat until I see some activity. Some people on here are unbelievable. You made an honest mistake, that I’m cool with, but this other chump? Come on there’s no excuse but I’m sure u will hear a good one. As far as the winners that run this dumper good luck getting a timely response. Took a month to get money back after item was proven counterfeit...

kaligirl1992 @kype6788 I feel horrible about what has happened!! I messaged him again and he has not responded and neither has Poshmark. I just sent Poshmark another email, in detail, explaining that I tried to contact them, giving the date and time, and that I still have not heard anything back from them regarding this issue. I also stated in the email, that it is unfair to you and you should not be waiting to be refunded when you have done what you were supposed to on your end.

kaligirl1992 @kype6788 Yes, it was an honest mistake, and one that has never happened to me before. I feel horrible about it. I am doing my best to get you refunded sooner rather than later. My thoughts on it are that they should charge the other buyer for your purchase since he has not shipped it out to you and you should be refunded. I will keep you updated. Again, I am so sorry for all of this!!
