This is screwy. I got email saying charge went through but not one from PM saying order is confirmed. I emailed them too. Somehow it got stuck on reserve. Did they send you shipping label ?

Yes much smoother ! I have been selling for a while now and never seen this happen. Maybe just a computer glitch. I am sure PM can easily fix. It screwed me up because I thought someone charged something to my card. I contacted them and they put fraud claim in, had to call them back and tell them I made a mistake. I thought someone was buying the shoes when I saw reserved because I did accept your counter and got message that I couldn't accept it because someone was buying it, that was me !

Just so you know for the future, sign only says reserved while being purchased, turns to SOLD right away normally, that is why I think it is computer glitch.

@corboy there is nothing to cancel. I tried everything. Is there anything to cancel on your end? We have to make sure you didn’t pay for anything as well. We will figure it out Tuesday I guess because of the holiday. I’ll send them out Tuesday some how some way!

@0568kc I did pay for them. I got the email from my credit card that I purchased them but I did not get the usual email from Poshmark that my order is confirmed because it is stuck on Reserved. They will have to fix it. I wish they had a 800 number to call, it is tough waiting days for them to email back.
