urbangypsy530 @mcmurrykristi I checked on the order they said this happens during the holidays,they told me if I don't hear back by xmas eve to go ahead and open a case.But they also said it could just be in a truck,so I will keep you updated.I sincerely apologize for this,happy holidays!:)

urbangypsy530 SO the box was found with damage to the box and label but I got it back.That would explain the no scan.But I will send it out first thing tomorrow,with extra goodies.The item is totally fine though.Again so very sorry:)
