kristilyn13 @enjaybe hello. I️ do have to say that both of the heels of the boots were extremely scratched up. They looked fine upon arrival, I️ wore them to work, came home and took them off and they looked like they had been through the ringer. Almost seemed as if there was black shoe polish on them that rubbed off revealing the scratches. It’s to the point where I️ will not wear the boots again. Not looking for a refund, just giving an honest review...

enjaybe @kristilyn13 First of all, thank you for responding. As evidenced by the consistent high ratings that I've received during the time that I've been selling on Poshmark, I have never sold anything that I wouldnt want to receive. I don't even own shoe polish, nor do I engage in deceptive selling practices. As with all of my items, I wiped the boots down with a cloth before selling and inspected them and they looked just like the listing photos...

enjaybe @kristilyn13 ...I'm not sure what exactly transpired here, but please feel free to ask for a refund and I will gladly give it to you, as I stand behind every item that I sell and do my best to treat people the way that I would like to be treated. Poshmark will return the boots to me, and if they're now as bad as you're describing, I'll just throw them in the trash where they belong.
