Hey Kristi, I'm so sorry the purple shadow got banged up in shipping. I thought for sure the extra bag and paper would keep everything safe. I should have selected a more padded bag, I guess. I'll send along another shadow, but it won't be priority so it'll take a while. Which purple got banged up--the Urban Decay or the Lancome?
