keaki1020 Hi Kristi. I am so very sorry it is taking so long for the tote and wallet to get to you. I filed a claim with the USPS and I received a call back from your local PO stating exactly what we can see... that it was received by them, but hasn't made any movement past the auto generated scans. nothing saying they know where the package is. meaning, it will show up when it does.
