janellno5 Hi Kristi...I did send a message to a friend on Posh and she asked if they were anything she could suggest & basically I came up with nothing! I really hate going back to someone that has asked me for help and have nothing to offer! So frustrating! I am going to look back at my communications and see if I can come up with a name or another person. How long has it been since you wrote?

janellno5 Hi Kristi...I work on my phone a lot just because I have it with me & 2-3 days ago I have lots of listings that are not showing up on my closet but when I got on my iPad it was all there. I've written Posh but they haven't gotten back to me but it made me wonder if you work on more than one venue i.e. your phone or your computer or whatever you have. Posh is really not very good at customer service but I hated to say that but you've already seen that yourself!

janellno5 Kristi have you heard anything from Posh? I have written 3 times and I gave them your address and told them you have the same thing going on I just wanted to let you know..this is driving me crazy because I can't work on my phone at all! Have you noticed or maybe it's not the same as yours but it's only jewelry & purses..no clothing.

poshproduction @janellno5 Hi, I haven’t gotten an actual answer but did go to my page and if you make sure that your filters are set to “all” and then click update everything will show up again. However I’ve had to do this several times, it seems to just keep defaulting to my original filters. So annoying, but try that and I’ll keep trying to get a solid long term answer!

Ok and I will let you know if they come back with anything! But Kristi I had done that before...chose "All" because I did think that that might have been the problem but it didn't do anything before! I'm so excited Yaaay!!! 🤗🤗

closet_candee @poshproduction Hi, I tried sending a message via bundle to get an update on when my order would ship. I guess you did not see it. Could you please reply here or in the bundle with an estimate on the ship date? My order was made March 2nd, it is now the 17th of March. I really would like to get the jeans I ordered.
