veronicakristi1 Your ad says 15.7 for width but I measured and it’s 21 1/2 inches wide ...Big difference much bigger than I wanted

wshngtn @veronicakristi1 i am really confused by your low rating. This bag had no zipper issues. Still new with tags. I removed the excess paper so the bag would better fit in shipping box. How many times have you zipped/unzipped? You could have rejected this order and returned the bag as I know it is in pristine new condition. Low ratings for not sound reasons hurt posh sellers trying to get to ambassador status. I feel that the bag was sold to you at a great price and communication was prompt
