rebeccaspowers @baileykd7715 Hi again, I just got your scarf out of the bin to steam it somehow got snagged in storage. I am so disappointed. Because of the nature of the fabric, it snags sort-of like pantyhose would. It’s a very thin run. Being an infinity scarf, it can easily be worn without seeing it, but I wanted to make you aware and discuss what you think would be fair in this situation. baileykd7715 @wendee2019 I'm sorry too! I was going to give it to my Dad as a gift. You only control so much of the process. It's the first thing I've ever received with damage.
