dfinnemore1 I have been charged for both bundles. The first bundle I made from your closet charged me when you accepted it. Then we had to make a 2nd bundle because you sold the bowls to someone else and I e been charged for that bundle too. How do I get refunded on the first bundle?

b43productions @kristiwaggoner I was told it was 1-3 day shipping. After i contacted you, 6 days after I purchased the item- The NEXT DAY I got a notification it was shipped after you told me it was already shipped. That’s not cool. That is 7 days after I purchased it. Not 1-3 days. We are now 2 weeks passed the day I purchased this item and it is JUST NOW leaving Oklahoma. I don’t even want this item anymore. I want a refund.

lauren_bode @kristiwaggoner Hi Kristi, I ordered a Pi Phi necklace from you and received the notification that it shipped a few days ago. However, when I go into to check the status it says that my address is incorrect/insufficient and that it got sent back to you. I checked my address on my postmark account and it is correct. I'm just wondering what went wrong here and how long until the necklace comes in. Thank you!
