    Well, Posh says case resolved. Even though I gave specific details. Did u get the refund? I heard back from other buyer who says she didn’t recognize the kimono but figured she forgot she ordered it, as she orders a lot. She says she washed it but has not worn it. You should get refunded in full but if you still want it, I can try to get it to you but Posh is very hard to get support. Do you have any ideas? I feel terrible!!!! What a mess! I can’t even apologize enough!

    Hello. Posh closed the case as resolved & u should return the 2 wrong tops to me, if you haven’t already u get a full refund once I get them back. The other buyer didn’t realize she didn’t order the kimono. She says she washed it but did not wear it and will return it. If u want me to contact u when I get it. I will and send it to you still for your trouble, I feel horrible!

    @kristihesse0 Sure! I have already asked the other buyer to return it and I’ll still send it to you once I receive it. Gosh, I still can’t believe I did that! Lesson learned the hard way! 😫

    @kristihesse0 Hi, it's been a bit since I checked on this. I sent the other Buyer a label to still ship the Kimono to you. Did you get it? I believe you got a refund. I wasn't looking to get paid for it since I messed up. I just want to be sure the other Buyer kept her end of the deal. It was a costly lesson to me. You were both refunded and I had to pay shipping to still send the items. I just felt bad so wanted to be nice & still give you both the items. I thought I might hear either way. Thx!

    Oh my goodness, what a coincidence. I thought to check tracking and it shows' its in your box TODAY 9400109205568641530468. I guess it took awhile for it to get to you. :) Well when you get it, you will know.... that is what it is! LOL Keep it, its yours! Sorry for all the trouble! Have a good day!
