carlsonduo I'm not sure what happened, but what I think happened is the package had to of gotten smooched or something bc the yellow flats r bent and the case has two little chunks shaved off of one end and the case is bent. I look at the pics on the listing and saw no flaws and let posh know that. I'm really sorry, but I'm sad too😕😕😕

carlsonduo We all learn, I'm new at posh too!! I don't have issues with the PO, but one time. Poop happens, nothing we can do about it now.

carlsonduo Bubble wrap is always good. Walmart has a huge roll and it's perfect. Also boxes, I think have the best protection, they don't get hidden, lost or smooched. I just think it was just thrown around and other boxes sat on it wrong. A lot of people use the incorrect box, we r not to use flat rate boxes, but the PO does have the priority mail boxes that we r authorized to use for free!! We r all here to help one another and learn and maybe even grow friendships!! Have a good weekend. Amber
