glow000 Hi Kristie, its all ready to go for mail in morning. Note included. Use a spray leave in conditioner for wide tooth comb to glide through. Wash no poshpate shampoo rarely depending on how much used. Maybe 2 or so times per year, only swish, towel blot and hang to dry or style. Med heat if curling iron. rollers etc. thanksssssssssssss
