You ordered on December 18th, I shipped on the 20th and tracking began the 21st. Your order came during the busiest mail/shipping time of the year with a federal holiday in between. ktsellspdx Thank you for adjusting your rating from 3 to 4 stars. However, I’m disappointed to receive this rating as your expectation to receive the order in less than 7 mailing days goes against the Poshmark. standard found on their website...Please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your order, as we allow our sellers up to 7 days to ship out their orders. I can’t control the postal system:(

puterdoc2 @ktsellspdx hello. I DID read through the Poshmark etiquette section. However, I read that sellers have 2 days to ship the item, not 7. I have only been on Poshmark a couple of weeks and I have purchased over 25 items and received them all before Christmas. I explained in my rate increase, it had nothing to do with you....but that's why i was upset. My apologies that your still upset.
